A tubing head adapter provides the pressure-containing transition between the tubing-head spool and the Christmas tree while sealing around the selected tubing-hanger neck and accommodating completion penetrations where required. Single- and multiple-string configurations can include downhole-control-valve ports, chemical-injection ports, fibre-optic instrument ports and ESP penetrator profiles when specified.

Single-flange threaded tree transition for pumping completions.
Flanged or studded seal-bore adapter for the TC-1A hanger neck.
Seal-bore adapter for continuous or non-continuous downhole control lines.
Adapter with hanger-neck and electrical-feed-through seal bores.

Supply can be reviewed against API 6A / ISO 10423 and other project-specified requirements, where applicable.
