Type H Back-Pressure Valves

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Purpose and technical function

Type H back-pressure valves are installed through the tree into the tubing hanger. A one-way BPV permits downward flow while preventing well fluids returning to surface; a two-way valve isolates in both directions for pressure testing or specified maintenance operations.
