Base-mounted pressure-test fixture for BOP stacks and other well-control equipment.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Purpose and technical function

A BOP test stump provides a stable lower flange and pressure source connection for shop or rig-site pressure testing. The body is fixed to a larger base plate with lifting lugs; side test ports, a low drain and a fixed or replaceable central mandrel thread support safe rig-up and drainage.

Top interface	Project-specific API flange size and pressure class
Base	Welded plate with handling provisions
Corrosion protection	316 stainless or Inconel 625 overlay available for selected areas
Service basis	Standard or sour service, with metallurgy, hardness, seals and trim confirmed against the approved fluid composition
Inspection and testing	Material traceability, dimensional inspection, NDE and pressure/functional testing according to the approved ITP
Documentation	Datasheet, drawings, MTRs, NDE and pressure-test records as specified in the purchase order
