PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Purpose and system role

The plug-valve choke manifold is arranged to isolate, divert and reduce the pressure of high-pressure upstream flow. Its compact union-connected layout is suited to temporary flowback, fracturing and production-support packages where rapid rig-up, field maintenance and transportability are important.

Functions

Selects and isolates alternate high-pressure flow paths
Controls flow rate and downstream pressure through adjustable choke trim
Supports fracturing and flowback operations
Provides local pressure indication
Allows field replacement of choke trim and service parts
Enables rapid installation using high-pressure union connections
