Choke Manifold

API 16C pressure-control manifold for routing well returns and controlling backpressure during drilling, well-control circulation, clean-up and testing.

  • Diverts returns away from the normal flowline after BOP closure
  • Controls backpressure during kick circulation
  • Provides selectable flow paths through fixed, manual-adjustable or hydraulic chokes
  • Supports well clean-up, blow-off and surface well-test duties where specified

Kill Manifold

High-pressure injection manifold used to route kill fluid or heavy drilling slurry into the well and support restoration of pressure balance.

  • Routes kill-weight drilling fluid or other approved treatment fluid into the well
  • Supports pressure balancing and well-control operations
  • Provides redundant isolation where the operating philosophy requires it
  • Uses check-valve protection to limit reverse flow toward pumps

Mud-transfer manifold for directing and isolating drilling-fluid flow between mud pumps, tanks, hoses and associated rig equipment.

  • Provides isolation for pumps and downstream lines
  • Supports controlled diversion and pressure management

High-pressure standpipe manifold that directs mud-pump discharge toward the drill line or drillstring and supports controlled pressure bleed-off.

  • Selects the active standpipe or drill-line route

  • Directs mud-pump discharge to the drillstring
  • Allows controlled drillpipe-pressure bleed-off where a choke is fitted
